Introduction
Welcome to Rejuva Remedy, Massage & Bodywork Therapy in Honiton. Upon booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

1.1 Booking
• Appointments can be booked through the website, by phone, or in person.
• A valid contact number and email address must be provided at the time of booking.

1.2 Confirmation
• You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is booked. Please confirm your booking by entering your payment details and agreeing to the cancellation policy. No payment will be taken until after your treatment.
• Please review the details of your appointment to ensure they are correct.

1.3 Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

2. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Our prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
• Any special promotions, gift vouchers or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking.

• Clients must provide accurate and complete health information during consultation. If you have a serious health condition or have any concerns related to the safety of receiving a massage treatment, please discuss at the time of your booking.
• It is the client’s responsibility to update with any changes to their health status.
3.2 Contraindications
• If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant, please inform me prior to your appointment.
• Rejuva Remedy reserves the right to refuse service if the massage may be contraindicated.

4. Professional Conduct

4.1 Therapist Conduct
• Olivia is a licensed professional and adheres to a strict code of conduct.
4.2 Client Conduct
• Clients are expected to behave respectfully.
• Any inappropriate behaviour in an inappropriate, threatening or insulting way will result in refusal of service and possible banning from future appointments. In such an event, the full amount will be charged.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Confidentiality
• All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

6. Liability

• Rejuva Remedy is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from the services provided.
• Clients agree to release Rejuva Remedy from any claims or liabilities arising from their session.

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately.
